When the Work Finishes

Once we are done, we walk you through the completed work.

We point out the areas that were heavily contaminated and show you how they look now. We invite you to look closely, ask questions, and raise anything you are uncertain about.

This is the point where concerns get raised and resolved, before we leave rather than after.

We are not hurrying to pack up and rush off to the next job. We are there with you, looking at the finished result, making sure you are satisfied with what you see.

Only once you confirm you are happy do we consider the job complete.

Payment

We invoice on completion, payable by bank transfer.

The invoice clearly shows what work was done, where, when, and for how much.

We do not ask for deposits, and we do not request payment before you have seen the result and confirmed you are satisfied.

You pay once the job is finished and you are happy with it.

After We Leave

If you notice something after we have gone, you ring us directly and speak to the same person who did the work. There is no separate complaints line, no customer service department handling things at arm’s length. The person responsible for the job is the person who addresses any concerns.
